Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your product purchase we will exchange it or refund your money – no problem. Just carefully package the pet products in the original shipping box , include a copy of your invoice, and follow these simple steps:

  • 1. Email Snooty Pets within 20 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return.
  • 2. Please send your return package Insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. We cannot refund your money on items damaged due to improper packaging.

  • 3. Once we receive your Return package, we will issue you a credit card refund for the price of the products you returned (less shipping costs).
  • 4. Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via e-mail to inform you that the refund has been issued.

$51.00 – $75.99 = $8.75

$76.00 – $100.99 = $9.75

$101.00 – $150.99 = $11.75
